Not financial advice
The information provided by IntrinsicIQ — including all valuation estimates, model outputs, scenario analyses, sensitivity grids, probability distributions, news feeds, and assumption benchmarks — does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial counsel.
IntrinsicIQ is an analytical tool. Its outputs are structured estimates derived from a defined mathematical methodology applied to publicly available financial data. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security or financial instrument.
You should not make investment decisions based solely, or primarily, on the outputs of this tool. Independent professional financial advice should be sought before making any investment decision.
Model uncertainty and limitations
All valuations produced by IntrinsicIQ are model-dependent estimates, not objective measurements of value. They depend critically on:
- Assumptions about future cash flows, growth rates, and discount rates, none of which are knowable in advance.
- The quality, completeness, and accuracy of underlying financial and market data supplied primarily by Financial Modeling Prep (FMP).
- The appropriateness of the selected valuation model for the specific security, sector, and economic environment.
- The parameter choices embedded in the model's default assumption set, which may not reflect a given company's specific circumstances.
Small changes in input assumptions can produce materially different outputs. The Monte Carlo simulation is designed to illustrate this sensitivity quantitatively; it does not eliminate the uncertainty. The P10–P90 range should be understood as a distribution conditional on the simulation's own assumptions, not a credible interval in the statistical sense.
There is no guarantee, expressed or implied, that any company's intrinsic value as estimated by this tool approximates its future market price, book value, liquidation value, or any other observable financial quantity.
Data sources and limitations
Primary company financial and market data is supplied by Financial Modeling Prep (FMP). Selected news or contextual content may be obtained from other third-party public-market sources. IntrinsicIQ makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of third-party data or content.
Reported figures may differ from those filed in official regulatory documents, including SEC Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 20-F, audited financial statements, or primary company disclosures. The following circumstances are known to produce unreliable or misleading estimates:
- Recent IPOs: limited historical data may produce unreliable growth-rate estimates and WACC calculations.
- Accounting restatements: restated figures may not be correctly or promptly reflected by a third-party data source.
- Non-US companies: currency conversion, differences between IFRS and GAAP, and market-specific factors may not be fully accounted for.
- Companies with negative earnings: DCF and margin assumptions may produce unstable or non-meaningful outputs.
- Special-purpose vehicles and holding companies: standard model structures may not be appropriate.
Users are strongly advised to verify all key inputs against primary sources — company filings, official financial statements, and auditor reports — before relying on any model output for any purpose.
Forward-looking inputs
Revenue growth rates, margin assumptions, terminal growth rates, and all other forward-looking inputs used by IntrinsicIQ are not forecasts. They are structured mathematical inputs to a valuation model. Their use does not imply any prediction, projection, or estimate of future company performance, market conditions, or economic outcomes.
Past financial performance, as reflected in historical growth rates and margins used to seed model defaults, is not indicative of future results.
Limitation of liability
IntrinsicIQ and its contributors, maintainers, and affiliated parties accept no liability — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — for financial losses, trading losses, investment decisions, or any other actions taken on the basis of this tool's outputs, documentation, or any related materials.
This limitation applies regardless of whether such losses arise from reliance on valuations, assumptions, model outputs, news-feed content, price-alert notifications, or any other feature of the application.

Data and privacy
IntrinsicIQ does not request brokerage credentials or portfolio-account data. Ticker inputs and valuation assumptions are processed by the configured application backend. Depending on the deployment, account details, saved scenarios, and price-alert email addresses may be stored in its configured database; alert delivery also uses the SMTP service selected by the deployment operator.
Financial, market, news, and contextual information retrieved from FMP or other third-party sources is subject to the respective provider's terms of service and privacy policy.
